Refunds Policy

If your order has not been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to the customer.  However, if the order has been charged and payment has been collected, customer will be responsible for a 20% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit card for the purchase. However, there are no returns once the customer receives their tickets. The Venue/air-boat tour emphasize and practice a very srtict NO RETURN policy, and we as a partner must abide.
